I bought an ASUS Tuff B450, i use it as part of a server running UNraid OS, if i shut the server down the light on the ethernet port (on board) goes out so it is not listening for packets, i have played with numerous settings, currently i have the following set...

wake from PCI event is enable
ErP is disabled

There are some other settings i have tried toggling...

PSU idle both settings
Global C state tried enabled/disabled and auto

The only way i can get the ethernet port to come to life in shut down state is to remove the power lead from it until all the risdual power has dissipated, when i plug it back in the ethernet light comes on and i am able to WOL, i can do it remotley over VPN but i need to be able to shut it down and start again remotley, obviously not possible if i have to unplug and replug it.

Anyone got any ideas ?

Try enabling wake on lan in the bios.

Check that the network adapter advanced tab on win 10 is not set to energy saving.

there isnt a WOL setting, on these bios's its called PCMe wake up or something, windows is not running on it, its running server software (UNraid)
