As stated above, the fan(s) are/is making a clicking sound almost like flipping your thumb through a deck of cards quickly as the fan(s) start up or ramp up when they are needed to cool the gpu. Otherwise they are quiet during standard running or spin down. Anyone else have this issue and found a fix for it? I'm hoping it's not a bearing issue. I bought the desktop that has it in it from New Egg brand new, But they suggested I contact Gigabyte about the issue. Thanks.

There is a representative from Gigabyte on the forum. But really I think they will probably just tell you to take this up with New Egg.

My guess here is that you are just hearing some noise as they go through a particular range of speed and that will probably be considered normal.

Normally you go through Reseller for RMA. Gigabyte can handle it as UK based and there is a rep on here via @GIGA-Man .

Could see any BIIOS updates for the fan. Have you triied setting a custom fan profile and easing the curve of the RPM increase to heat? Gigabyte have updated other cards so they aren't as aggressive and causing sound issues

Thanks. Yeah, I have already talked to new egg, and they directed me to gigabyte.

awesome thanks. I made sure that the bios on it was up to date as well. The default curve isn't really aggressive per se', just a bit noisy on upspin. What I am afraid of is a fan failing beyond my repair/replace warranty.
