Those fans on the AIB are not pointing directly towards the CPU. The FE will literally direct all the warm air towards your CPU coolersorry I just get frustrated when people start banging on about the fan underneath pumping hot air onto the cpu when using an FE board yet just totally ignore the fact all the AIB boards have the same fan pushing the same hot air in the same location but in addition they have two more fans all pushing even more hot air towards the cpu.
why is it you and others can5 see that? Or am I being thick and missing something that all the AIB cards are blowers?
These prices increases seem to be the normal these daysThese crazy price hikes are ridiculous.
I am new to buying gpus early in the cycle, never thought it could be this tense![]()

Hopefully Corsair do one for the rmx750! Am sure they will with it being fully modular. That 12 pin adaptor looks a shocker though!!

So lads, what companies allow you fit water cooling to their GPUs without voiding warranty?
I think EVGA do, if I remember correctly...?
Any others?
This gets asked a lot, and I would say the best approach is to assume no warranty if a block has been fitted.
Forgot you design PCBs for a living. Why don't you drop them an email on how to revise their design and the whole manufacturing process around it. Surely it's just as easy as 'move it there'Agree. What was nvidia thinking on the connector right in the middle? It's like there were in a hurry to get the shroud done and couldn't be bothered. I would wait for them to fix that before I would buy. It couldn't be that much hardship to move it over to the right like normal? Lazy greed I guess
Last couple of cards I took apart had stickers and markers to show that cooling was removed. So probably not the best way to go...The second best approach is to just go ahead and do it anyway. As long as you don't physically damage anything, no one will ever know.

Ah, fair enough. I've not seen one of those on a GPU in years, I just assumed they'd done away with them. I guess some brands still use them.
Don't block companies like EK have videos on how to disassemble each of the cards? that should give an indication of any security markings.

Hi there,
Have you ordered from NVIDIA website in the past? I have one concern, address on my card will be different to the one where i live now, therefore shipping address will not be the same as address linked to the card, is NVIDIA going to block/decline the transaction in this scenario?
Many thanks
