Guys there are 46 cards listed!
The price has changed on 2-3 cards as per updated guidelines from Asus, so less than 5% of the range has changed in price so talk about blown out of proportion.

We have guideline MSRP so we’re sharing prices with customers and giving you more information than competitors. Is that not a good thing?

We list way more cards than competitors to give you the bigger picture, is that not a good thing?

The prices listed are pretty accurate and on MSRP models and buy that I mean around £469 for 3070, £649 for 3080 and £1399 for 3090 really won’t change much at all unless the £££ tanks or gains.

The only models that could be subject to change are the high end OC models as already seen on Strix and these changes come from manufacturer not OcUK.

Shipments are an unknown at present board partners will have a bigger picture of this next week, they have to sort out their world wide allocation and unlike many think here it is not a five minute decision to sort out.

As we find out, you will find out but there won’t be any further updates until next week.

Have a nice weekend and chill out because you can’t spend a dime yet, the ability to pre order / order starts at 2pm 17th for 3080 and 2pm 24th for 3090.

Right now OcUK has done a better job than any competitor, largest range and most information provides including proper specification on some cards like Zotac etc.

With the high prices of Turing, and the announcement of a £649 retail price for the 3080, people are just looking for good value for money from the products this time. People saw the Strixx card come up at £699 and its a nice card so people thought that was good value. To then see it jump to over £800 same day just immediately removed it from being a good value card to one that isnt, in many peoples eyes. Its great you have such a wide range of cards coming though.



Thanks for the update. I think perhaps people find it odd that cards that have presumably been in manufacture for a few months now at least (a gpu has a pcb, several chips not least the main one from nvidia, custom metal parts, custom coolers, software, packaging - its not something you can design and make thousands of in a few days) and the actual manufacturers of these cards dont know when they'll be ready or where in the world they'll be? Does seem strange.

Nope they take their time and is always the case and we’re relying on staff for AIBs in our regions some are better than others.

Plus sharing numbers when I get them is shunned upon by manufacturers on a public forum.

If I say brand X is giving us 1000 then competitors complain to brand X as to why we’re getting so many.

If I say brand X is giving us 10 units then everyone complains.

plus anything I say here tends to go viral and it’s just not worth the hassle it brings us at times.

So numbers won’t be released on forum in short term until we know the true picture and then and only then If the manufacturer is happy for us to share that information.

OcUK gives customers way more information than any competitor and interacts with customers more but at the same time we have to play the balancing act keep you happy and keep our suppliers happy. Of course we can’t please everyone, we just do our best.

EVGA is a big unknown really as they are far less pro active in U.K. market these days unfortunately so now we just rely on U.K. distribution.

Then we shall have a better idea if we will have stock on shelf for launch, small or large amount etc. Or if it shall be pre order.

Gut feeling is there is reasonable amounts of volume but NVIDIA are now the internet darlings and literally everybody wants one so I can for sure see them selling out and people having to pre order and get in line to get one as they are such fantastic value.

OcUk will do it’s very best to get as much stock as possible and offer the largest range online and keep prices competitive.

Other etailers have pre-orders up (but no indication of how much stock they are getting or when)

At least with ocuk if it says 10+ in stock when you order, you know you are actually getting it.

Or if it says "pre-order, 200 units expected on 20th September" then you can find out where you are in the pre-order list.

Anyone taking orders is in violation of NVIDIA's NDA and as such breaking it will no doubt see them severely punished and will end up getting no stock, or they are not a NVIDIA partner and which case they won't get any stock at all on launch.

Sorry to ask Gibbo, but do you know when the cards will be landing at OCUK? Is there a date or simply when they are available?

Some are landing as soon as now, but there will be no pictures, no benchmarks and no early chances to order one, there is an NDA in place and OcUK shall be following it to the letter!

They are now wiser to me finding loop holes in their instructions and have now clearly stated a blanket no photos of stock, unboxing etc. etc.

The numbers incoming are limited, as such the majority will probably be waiting until October to receive a card, as demand at launch will seriously out strip supply this month.

Unfortunately hitting MSRP has proven tough, the MSRP's were set when the pound was 1.33-1.34 this can easily be confirmed by checking charts, and stock has been arriving at OcUK purchased at rates of 1.27-1.29 as such MSRP's are a real struggle. Brands are working with us to allow us to hit MSRP, but unless the pound recovers back to 1.33-1.34 levels then the prices will go up by approximately £30-£40 a card, so do be warned, pre-ordering will save you money but the window of opportunity to do so shall be slim, potentially minutes at 14:00


October shipments are looking much more plentiful, plus hopefully Brexit discussions will find a positive outcome and thus MSRP's shall be met again but unfortunately I cannot predict where the pound shall be in a weeks or months time it could get better and thus prices go back to MSRP (1.33-1.34) or it stays where it is now and prices remain higher or it gets worse.......

Be patient, we do expect huge demand come 14:00 and I realise that many of you won't be getting a card tomorrow so we ask for you to be patient please as we shall be working hard to secure as much more future allocation as possible to meet demand.

Also we have left all cards listed as Pre-Order, even the in stock cards, this is simply again to give forum members a better chance but also because we feel as our website updates every 60s and due to cache can take longer it will help avoid disappointment from customers placing orders for cards showing in stock or 10+ when the stock actually sold out whilst they were ordering but due to the 60s cycle or website cache the customer was unaware.

Yes Palit 3070 Gaming Pro is the one we have most stock of, other cards are in lesser stock and some are zero stock.

Palit Gaming Pro is largest stock.

Supply on 3070 looks better however so hopefully by end of November should be stock on shelfs of 3070 one would hope unless demand is totally insane.

To clarify, you mean Palit Gaming Pro or Pro OC (as we know vendors like to produce more OC than normal versions)?
