LMAO at thermaltat failed AIO

Non story. It was damaged in shipping because of a **** courier, and they are desperately trying to get some traffic from it instead of doing what anyone else would do and sorting it out privately with the manufacturer.

Except surely TT have put distribution of the entire batch on hold?

Wrong.

If it happened once you could blame the courier, multiple times is suspicious, when an investigation concludes that it's due to improper packaging allowing the individual components to collide during transport and ThermalFake pull the product from all major retailers as a result that's pretty conclusive.

If I sold some wine glasses on eBay then chucked them loose in a box and posted it then it would be fairly difficult for me to blame the courier for their inevitable destruction xD

edit: I guess so, I didn't realise they were already on shelves etc.

But I still don't think its fair to call it "tat" when the issue isn't with the design of the product itself. Directed towards the OP I mean, not Kitguru.

As for Kitguru, they are likely damaging sales of this product by posting that up with wording like "a very serious issue with" etc, some people can't read between the lines, they will Google the model, skim read that, and decide to buy something else. And I imagine that article will still be online even after they have made the revisions to the packaging.

They could have simply posted a note saying "Hi guys, just so you know the new TH360 RGB review will be delayed because Thermaltake are having to make some adjustments to the product packaging, if you have received a damaged item due to the previous packaging design, please reach out to Thermaltake or the company you bought the product through to obtain a replacement."

Doesn't this come on the back of the recent spat between TT and KitGuru regarding the RAM review, maybe they are still at each other behind closed doors and this is a 'one in the eye' type thing?
