They even managed to make people think the 3080Ti (or as Nvida called it the 3090) is a Titan replacement, by using "titan class performance" when it's not a titan. Titans were around 250W - 280W and the 3090 is going to be around 400W when loaded.

I think at this point its likely the 3070 will underperform in some games compared to 2080ti but overall be the better card.

I am still confused though why the price has not stabilised at around 400 rather than 500+ but maybe that will happen with the 3070 launch
 
Sometimes I wonder if they perform a history search for sold items before buying, I usually think those would naturally be more prone to having second thoughts about the purchase which may cause an ebay dispute in which the seller gets shafted. But that is just me :D
