Pulls more power than a Vega 64.

Was that Vega 64 set up to not throttle? It's kind of hard to say with cards like the Vega 64 when ran out of the box they just throttle.

Although it'd seem Nvidia has gone the AMD route ironically and it's basically Nvidia's Vega 64.

Performance looks about where I'd wanted when bottlenecks are gone which is doubling my 5700XT at 4K.

Can it underclock like Vega 64 and gain performance though which i highly doubt as these seem to be pushed within an inch of there life.

The main upside to these cards is the 4k performance which has increased over the 2080ti by around 30% with a huge price drop for the performance.

Nvidia misrepresented the performance of their new cards? Whaaaaaat?
I mean 2080ti owners are still in the ballpark but If I had bought ones of those for full price then I would have been as sick as a parrot, the winners as someone else said were the people who paid 400 for a 2080ti.

Looks like a great 4k card, anything under that... its meh. i certainly wouldnt be selling my 2080ti for one

If you've held out on a GTX 1080 Ti until now, congrats, now is the right time to upgrade. RTX 3080 will double your FPS, and give you all the latest techs and features like raytracing and DLSS.
