Nice card and like the 2080ti orginally will get better in time but not quite the 2080ti killer it was said to be. I imagine some interst in the pre orders will cool down. I know mine has.
Yeh, not worth me selling to get one. 1080Ti it's a great jump up thoughI'd be miffed if I panic sold a 2080 Ti for this. However, upgrading from a 1080 Ti, I'm very happy with that performance increase at that price.

Not as miffed as if you'd sold a 1080Ti for the 2080 though![]()
Can it underclock like Vega 64 and gain performance though which i highly doubt as these seem to be pushed within an inch of there life.
The main upside to these cards is the 4k performance which has increased over the 2080ti by around 30% with a huge price drop for the performance.
4k RTX 60fps someone asked the other day.
Fully path traced Quake II 4k, 34.6fps.

No body in their right mind is downgrading from a ti to a 80 class card, the upgrade for ti owners (without a launch ti model now) is the 3090.I'd be miffed if I panic sold a 2080 Ti for this. However, upgrading from a 1080 Ti, I'm very happy with that performance increase at that price.
Mmm, I'm thinking big navi could best the 3080, the reason for the 3090. Can I wait...
