Hi all,

£240 for a 1080 Ti Hybrid FTW3 with 250 days warranty remaining is it worth it?

I'm kind if leaning towards it as it's fast enough for my needs...

Definitely. A lot of card for the money capable of 100hz+ 1440p.

I doubt even the 3060 will be as fast and as cheap. Plus it will have far less vram.

I sold my 1080Ti Hybrid last week for 300, and gotta say I've been missing it. Its an epic card, mine ran at 100% load over 2000mhz at 50C.
In now sat with no gpu in the middle of this Ampere launch ***p hoping my preorder comes through soon. :(

Oh well

1080Ti's are fantastic. I'd stay with mine if it wasn't for RT becoming usable with the 30 series.

Why now though when you have a AMD 5700XT AE?

I have the hybrid. It is great. Mine runs cool and quiet and easily overclocks to above 2000mhz.

I certainly will be selling it for quite a bit over 240 so I'd say 240 is a good deal. I've been playing most of my games 4k ultra and it does well enough but at 1440p ultra wide it had no issues for me.

Mine is not too far off the top 100 leaderboard for a single 1080ti time spy extreme graphics score. I've managed to get 5069, about 164 off 5233 in 100th place.

Sorry my signature hasn't been updated.. it was a horrible experience and I ended up with a 1080 non Ti which I sold for £260 only 2/3 months back and have since been using my spare 670... I now have a list of about 6 games I want to play at 4k which the Ti does a great job at imo and some only dropping to very high still gets me 60fps... so I've waited approx. 3 months and managed to grab a Ti for £20 less than what I sold my standard 1080 for and was a hot noisy FE so I'd say win win :D

Thank you all for your Input i was so waiting for the 3080/3070 but for such a small price and imo in the games I play does a fantastic job at 4k +11GB Vram it's a no brainer + it's cool and quiet which Is what I loved about my gigabyte watercooled 980 Ti.. which was a fantastic card!!
