GTX Titan Black error code 43,

happens on 2 different systems (both clean installs), my feeling is the card is faulty, (it shows a picture but card has a yellow triangle in device manager)

I'm using builds 2004 and 1909

just posting in case someone says "Its a windows build issue user drive VX" or check out thread Y..

Have you another PC you could try the card in, maybe a friend or relative?
