If you ordered from OCUK you should have received an email giving you your position.
That would suggest it took longer to sort out your payment and get from the online order system into the warehouse system.

Or he had an order for a different card and got it changed and kept his place in the queue. OCUk said they werent doing that but more than one person kept their place. One guy jumped ahead of people who had ordered 4 days earlier than him when he swapped.
9/23 was also the day when they changed the order system to limit 3080/90 sales to UK/Ireland only so if that was a local time the order would have been rejected...
Not sure that would make sense as 'keeping his place in the queue' should have just meant keeping their order number/date/time but swapping the product on the order so it shouldn't jump someone ahead of someone who had ordered that card earlier.
It wasn't like being #50 in the queue for one card then switching to #50 on another card.

Is it possible we can have separate threads for specific cards, keeping the conversations separate, updates on dispatch/order numbers as to be honest I don't care for any other card positions and that way we can see only which are relevant as wading through 114 pages for people talking about gigabyte or asus TUF when I only want to read updates on Asus Strix OC 3080 lol

I ordered from OCUK and have the usual "Your order has been received" email but cannot see any position in there.
It got sent out later, I received mine on the 29th Sept telling me about my queue position.
Oh of course it’ll sell like hot cakes, I was just making the point with regards to 20 series cards now selling higher on auction sites. It seems some have lost their patience and would rather wait it out. The general sentiment seems to be that the 3070 will also go out of stock instantly, but with more people holding back it might end up a bit easier than expected (in my dreamland).I think they are still going to sell like hot cakes and NVIDIA knows this, that’s why they delayed the launch.
If the benchmarks are true 2080Ti performance for £470 is still brilliant value.

To be honest, if I still don’t know when I’m getting my card and the 3070’s are more realistically achievable
, I’d probably buy one and think about the 3080 again early next year. But I’m sure it’ll be another “Notify me” -> “out of stock” scenario.

that's fine but I honestly don't trust posting the details on the page as I simply do not know how it will be used and if someone using it to cancel my order to push their position ha call me over cautious - not so much concerned on progress but only interested reading posts relevant to the specific card I have ordered.
I get that. I'm 700 and something in line, that's all we need to know...I have to wait!
We will know what's moving when the emails come through.

After you fill it in, then what, it's there something else to look at or something else that happens?
