*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

@ Jules

10/1 19:40 Telboy 1972 58913xx OC40553xx
10/2 15:30 1500 58923xx OC40562xx

Asus RTX3080 TUF (Non OC)

No idea what happened there.
Whats his name as 1500 queue for Non OC Tuf would be between 21 and 23 Sep not even in Oct, going by data already input.
Could be a typo.

@Jules, I can only conclude that they put their information into the spreadsheet the same way I did but didn't include their forum username.

Not being fully aware of the queues, I placed my order because it said 10 cards in stock. You can imagine my surprise to see that when I got my email I was told that I was 1972 in the queue and the money had disappeared from my bank account.
That can't be right! If you ordered on the 1st October, OCUK have not been displaying stock levels (especially as they don't have any) or ETA's. Pre-order only.

Non of the cards have shown any stock on site since launch day so not sure how you saw 10 stock on the TUF non OC on the 1st of October.

Jules beat me to it.

Have you heard much on MSI shipments? Last I saw somewhere else had a delay and said next MSI shipment 14-16th of October, I'm 29th in the queue so hoping for a delivery next couple weeks
No news from Gibbo as yet, but mid month sounds about right, i reckon you have good chance around then.

@Jules & @Del-Dredd To be honest it surprised me too. It said 10 cards in stock in a green font. I should have taken a screen grab but I was so surprised that I added it to the basket and then checked out immediately.

There is something very odd going on here. Obviously I'm a bit behind on consumer law but I thought that you weren't allowed to take money if an item is not in stock. That's obviously changed now. So with all the people here having paid for a card and already having the money deducted from their bank accounts. someone somewhere is making some serious money in interest.

@Del-Dredd it asked me to put it in MM/DD format. But I'll go back and check the form. Maybe that'll explain the balls up and in that case that'll be down to me :)

I edited it as I messed up post, not sure why October comes before Sept in list though, would need to ask @Lastof about his sorting criteria.

Looking at it I think it is because it's not treated as a date field and 10 comes before 9 in a file sort unless you have 09 as in file names etc.

I think the 1500 position is ether wrong card input or a typo on the position, yours looks right as there is 1882 on the 30th Sep, not good but 110 in 30 odd hours.

I reckon you're right :-)

I'll have to sit tight and wait as it'll be the same everywhere else. I'll live with my 1070 :-)

Cheers
