There's an update on the front page, they have just received a mixed batch of 500 cards.

No there is not. The update has the same information contained within Gibbo's thread which has not been updated for 5 days.

18th in the queue for an MSI gaming X, hoping i get it this week as i have a buyer waiting for my 1080ti. Gibbo hasn't updated the stock thread since Wednesday since so obviously no stock expected at the mo

Others have posted that they are expecting stock this week - and I 'think' Gygabyte tweeted that some stock should be coming this week too (I can't find that now, but I am sure I didn't dream it?). But I am sure OC will only update when they have something confirmed - I'm sure they don't want to make matters worse by giving any false hope.

So why not keep the preorder and try to source from elsewhere? If you're unsuccessful, you still have the preorder. I think nvidia will delay other updated versions until the current demand has been fulfilled anyway, unless you want to go AMD.

I am trying not to break the forum rules but I do have 3 cards on order elsewhere, two have estimated delivery dates between now and November 30th, but that supplier has been known to cancel orders with no notice (they have cancelled two other 3080 orders I made already) so I am kind of stuck not knowing what to do.
