i recently bought a a320m pro max with 3400g, 16gb ,3200 ram u is 50 - 60 average temps stable on the amd stock wraith cooler boosted to 4 ghz 1 more question my board says it supports 3200 ram and my ram says 3200 can i go past 3200?

Stable is dependant on what you're using it for. If gaming, for example, just play something and see what happens. You'll soon know if it's not.

If the board is limited to 3200, then that's as far as you're going. Are there any options to go faster in the BIOS? I'd guess that if you manually enter a faster speed, it just won't hold, or set you back to defaults.
It's also unlikely your CPU would enjoy going much quicker either. You can try, you'll just get reset back to default if it doesn't work.

As micky says, try the calculator to tweak the timings.

im using it for gaming the cpu is 3.7 stock and boosts to 4.2 i have it at 4.2 and when i run gamesi hit 50 - 60 temp max temp was 70 its running smooth will i harm the cpu with these temps
