Hopefully thats just the 3090s!

@GIGA-Man Hey thanks for all your updates, I noticed on a post you said there were Visions due to be delivered, so far online i've seen two people with the Gigabyte RTX 3080 Vision, are these being produced and distributed in the same quantity as the other Gigabyte cards? eagerly awaiting mine lol

Seriously though, expect to see nothing in the next month and don’t stress about it. If your card ships before then, well that’s just a bonus.

Until you get a shipping confirmation or Gibbo posts a stock update, no one can give you a realistic guess.

Hey Dave,

There is no big conspiracy, I’m sorry if my replies seem vague and aloof.

Obviously, we don’t want to lose your orders as the business and customer loyalty is important to myself and GIGABYTE. However, there is good reason I cannot share more detail with you (trust me, I’d love too it would make my life easier)

All cards once produced ship from either China or Taiwan, there are mixed shipments of air and sea shipments. We have shipped as many of the cards as we can via air to avoid customer delays but obviously, we cannot ship everything via air, so we also ship cards via sea and stager the delivery dates.

Currently the stock arriving to Europe needs to be split between the whole of the EMA region, that stock is then shipped to the relative countries. Once it arrives in that region the stock is divided out to a network of distribution companies. The distributors then split their allocation out to the re-sellers such as OCUK.

This is the reason the information provided by me is fairly, limited. I can only base the estimated dates on the production and shipment information.

Its why I cannot commit to exact dates or quantities. OCUK are doing their best to get the stock they can, to meet customer demand.

Hopefully, OCUK will be able to provide you with more exact info soon.

@GIGA-Man
thanks for the amazing response gigaman, so from last weeks tweet I presume that the 7day duration is for the shipment to reach the EMA region and not the country, which could follow closely behind?

Actually, if you read his comments a bit further down, you will see that he didn't buy his card from here so, unfortunately, it doesn't help you at all really :(
oh well, then back to 251 i guess :D I just hope that the batches will be somewhat 50+ at a time, tho even with that rate it will take months to fulfill all backorders ..... I wonder how many orders globally Asus got for all cards.

Well, that's two or three competitors in the UK with Strix deliveries - hopefully we'll be not far behind, what with our excellent relationships and whatnot.
Overly hopeful ping: Any chance @ASUS GPU Support can confirm that OcUK are getting a shipment direct-to-shop, as suggested by your German colleague? I'd take a nod and a wink...

hahaha this is exactly what i expect has happened with the KFA2 cards importing from Asia :D hence no update....can't tell em the bad news, your order is 10000ft under water right now, soon to be found offshore somewhere in Europe
The only kfa2 I have seen on twitter turned up in France with a broken backplate so seems legit!

So what we're saying is that people who have cards at less than 1000 foot should hopefully see something soon? A bit soggy, but still soon (tm)?? :D:D:D:D:D
