I'd like to get a air cpu cooler with Gigabyte b550i aorus. I see the most recommended cooler is Scythe fuma 2, but because of the aorus' unusual cpu socket placement the fuma 2 blocks a 25mm from being installed on the nr200p top.

I'm considering a mugen 5 rev.b but I'm not sure if this would also block a 25mm fan from being used as a top exhaust fan?

As an alternative would installing the fuma 2 but use the included 15mm fan as a top exhaust fan and install a second 25mm fan on the fuma 2 work?

It's width is 7mm less than the Fuma - so only a 3.5mm difference from the top of the case over the Fuma. Is this enough wiggle room?

The 15mm on the front of the Fuma allows for memory clearance - with the 25mm added to the front you may hit your first memory bank (check images of your mITX board with Fuma attached).

That said - you could run the Fuma with just the middle fan installed (don't use the front at all) and use the 15mm at the top - as long as you were sure the 15mm would fit.

I did not know this! thanks for mentioning it.

This might work! based on a lot of builds I've seen, the fuma 2 seems to only block the top fan by 1-2mm. I think I'll order the mugen 5 to see if it fits, and return if it doesn't
