Right, well I'm out. I just submitted the order cancellation web form for a "Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC", I ordered just after the last round of email updates so I was probably position 857586 in the queue in any case!

Luckily things have worked out okay for me (I can still game in the meantime). The only reason I placed an order was my son wants a "HTC Cosmos" VR set for Christmas, it required a full size DP from the graphics card and his 970 only has mini-DP. Although I'd seen a few reports of people having issues using mini to full size adapters, the £8 adapter I received today works perfectly. So my son can keep his 970 (for now), I'll keep my overclocked 1070 Ti AND I'll have my £760 back.

My plan now is I'll just wait it out and see how things develop once "Big NAVI" and the 20GB 3080s are available......and I won't feel compelled to keep checking this thread multiple times a day! :p

Yeah they take around a week now to get here from china so they are probably coming around then, being the 24th, with a lot of cards, or at least enough to satisfy demand and then some.

I'm 47 so was hoping if not on the first shipment then second for the x4, I'd imagine if we are waiting that long and considering it isn't that popular in europe it should be a decent amount of cards to meet the demand plus extra. Wonder why they are waiting until 24th? Maybe they have supplied the east first to manage then decided to do europe and rest after

Does anyone else give Harribo or is OC holding everyone's money and selling cards somewhere else for even more money, rather than clear the queue's?

Wiggle, cycling, running and swimming equipment shop send Haribo with orders. It's quite common now.

I think some non-OC TUFs went out earlier on. None in the most recent batch this week though.

The TUF OC also has 800+ now, so cancelling and ordering it won't help much, and may be worse depending on your current queue position. Other cards I'm still guessing Gigabyte Vision as being shorter than most, and we know some stock has come in and out.

The email with queue details went out on Friday around 1:30pm with the title "Queue Position Update - <order number>".

What time did you order? The spreadsheet should be able to give you a ballpark of where in the queue you would be.

I ordered yesterday at around 11am. So they send queue numbers on a weekly basis?

I may just stick in my queue since they did send some Asus TUFs at some point which is good. I'll likely just try the refresh lottery and buying it somewhere else if I can then cancelling my order here if I get it.

I’m 153rd in the TUF NON OC queue. I’m hoping they get a decent sized batch soon to to get the massive queue moving. Wishful thinking probably.

no no heres the thing for some reason a couple large tech places in Germany got theirs way earlier like from a week ago
 
Hi anyone heard anything about Strix OC because looks like none of them been send out at all I am next cancel order because this is like joke and I even dont know why oc still let people preorder them if you will preorder them now than you have to be really I mean really optimistic to get any before Easter :mad::mad::mad::(:mad:

Other places have had them and shipped already so I don't understand why ocuk won't provide an update on this card.

Its up to you what you do keep the order and wait it out or cancel it and wait until next summer time...We are all ****** off with this launch we are all in the same boat, More so for a few who have sold there old cards before this launch

Why? (specifically) The reviews seems positive and I'd given it a spin on several different games without any issues.

The only potential issue I've read about is where it can sometimes get confused spatially depending on the lighting in the room because it uses headset mounted cameras rather than traditional base stations to work out where the user is and what direction they're facing.

I am actually lucky I steel keep my 1080ti
I am not even frustrated but I looks like biggest f......up with this rtx 3000 series
