Honestly think you have to be daft pre ordering this card , it's clear Nvidia have no where near the stock to fulfill orders so all that's happening here is company earning interest on orders they can't fulfill. I was pretty daft also selling my titan Pascal 2 weeks ago lol

I always build pcs for myself and friends family through overclockers and this won't change due to the after sale support I've been given by gibbo and the company , but overclockers need to realise this situation is damaged there brand ... They are being slated in many groups channels discord and web ... Shame.

Why? I want one and I'll get it sooner by pre-ordering. That seems pretty straight forward to me.

Im seriously ****** off with how this whole queue thing is being dealt with.

To summarise - between (new) positions 1 and 30, there have been 3 different amounts of position advancement. HOW is that possible without someone ******* the dog?
 
I am even less tolerant when many dozens of different small mistakes pile up in the span of a week.
But hey, it looks like it's us who are unreasonable and do not understand that "it's our right to cancel at any time if we're unhappy".

Did they say that to you too? That's what they said to me. Refused to guarantee me that my order was in the queue at all 3 weeks after I paid them and told me to cancel if I am unhappy.

Just waiting for them to refuse 1 more time to confirm whether I am in the queue at all and I will be doing just that. Spoke to a good guy on the phone (whoever that was) who sent out the email to all of us on the 18th. If he was dealing with this, I am sure things would be fine. He was helpful. Stigbourne (a manager apparently), who I am dealing with in customer service, could have appeased me easily just by giving me assurances that I am in the queue. He has refused to do so and hit me with the line that "you can cancel if you aren't happy". Maybe I would be happy if I knew that my order was in the queue, not much to ask but yes, as you say, I am being unreasonable lol. You couldn't make it up!
 
Looking on another UK retailers website it looks like they are expecting Zotac stock between the 14th-17th so hopefully OC should get stock around the same time
Thank god, I knew it was around that time but I'm just concerned. Might be moving out by the 14th november and my 3080 was part of a larger order of more RAM, a 3800XT and some better thermal paste and just do a full upgrade, and then use spares to make the mrs a new PC for christmas haha
