Just got a queue update, I've moved from 19 down to 12 for the Asus 3080 TUF OC. So only 7 went out yesterday, as I was previously 19 in the queue.

i went from 36-30 so only 6 for me!?

8 cards are confirmed to have shipped yesterday.

Can we get an explanation for the failure of basic mathematics, or is this OC's way of ferreting away pre order stock into pc builds?

I think others are slipped in. So 30 is really more than that.

I am not so tolerant of when a mistake happens and a company does not even try to rectify it.

I am even less tolerant when many dozens of different small mistakes pile up in the span of a week.
But hey, it looks like it's us who are unreasonable and do not understand that "it's our right to cancel at any time if we're unhappy".

The only info there is is what Gibbo said in his post in the other thread. I think he said they shipped a small amount of them yesterday.

I managed to order a 3080 TUF OC from elsewhere on Tuesday night. Got the dispatch note and it's arriving Saturday. I

In the meanwhile I play with the other new toy I ordered on Tuesday which arrived today, the Focal Arche headamp & dac.

Funny thing, I was looking around on Google to see who actually sell these in UK, followed official nvidia website and checked all the pages listed there, but Overclockers is the only seller that actually has pre-order in place! All other websites either have no button to buy or preorder at all, or at best have a "notify me" button. Did you lucked out and found one in stock somewhere? (not asking where as per rules) Kudos to Overclockers for offering a pre-order though, I didn't get any more emails apart from the 1st one, so no idea where I might be in the queue, but at least I know I will get the card at some point without refreshing my browser every 5 minutes hoping one of the websites will put some stock online.. Gibbo mentioned in his other thread they are working on some sort of solution to check your place in the queue, is there any update on that at all? Since we cannot call to find out our place and the 2nd email never arrived I have no idea where I might be..

Someone is royally taking the **** with these queue positions and there are very clearly underhanded things going on.

Thats outright unacceptable given the complete ****show this release has been so far!

Interesting. I'm 219 in that queue, however, I was 229 last week. Something doesn't add up. Unless there has been cancellations between us.

I find it a little interesting that some people are saying there queue updates and some of them are all different even with the same card. For example, I was #169 on Oct 2nd, now on Oct 8th I am #160. So I moved 9 positions while some others moved only 7 with the TUF OC. I also dont really find it to be that realistic that only 9 cards were sent out within a week with 2-3 updates that shipments have come in of the TUF OC. So did 3 shipments of 3 cards come in? Or is there a bunch of cards awaiting shipment lol
