I'm building a new rig currently. Out of the £2500 that has been spent, only the GPU has come from here. After this debacle, my money went elsewhere for the rest. In future, nothing will come from here. Three weeks in, and I am 38th in a queue, with a trader that claims to be a big fish, when they can't even move you along the queue fairly (apparently 44 - 8 = 38!). Snake oil.

here is the the thing the 3080 is a out of stock worldwide. Very few AIB makers have come forward with what they are shipping and to where at any given time. Overclockers have for filled a few order across the range. My trinity oc card come today they had a fair sized delivery of that card.

until the boats start to land in the uk or Europe every delivery will be small, it takes a good amount of time for this to happen 25-35 days from port to port. Air freight costs a lot more then other methods and most manufacturers will have chosen the cheaper option for there major stock. Give it time or endless your lucky when someone else opens up there orders again your much better off with your low que number then trying to find one elsewhere currently. This is just how I see it
 
At this pouint OcUk and to a lesser extent @Gibbo are taking the p***. We were PROMISED weekly updates as our particular card type shipped, it's been a week since I got my queue position, I know that my card has shipped to a few people, so where in the living **** is my updated position????? Honestly, I'm a grumpy but patient man, the lack of updates is a thorn in my paw, sort this s***show out or else people are going to start walking.

I work tech support / customer services, if I behaved like this with my customers i'd have been reprimanded by now!!!

It's a ******* joke now guys, sort your **** out.

Ordered a Zotac Trinity OC elsewhere on Sep 30th, and based on my experience here I fully expected the "Oct 9th" ETA to be off by three months. Got a polite email today asking to click through for card reauthorisation (because they hadn't charged up front), and a shipping notification an hour later. GPU should be in hand tomorrow. So, accurate ETAs, good comms, and card charged only on dispatch.

Meanwhile OCUK have my £650 in their pocket and no indication as to when I might see anything. Nvidia made some terrible decisions with this launch, but OCUK is compounding them.

Oh I definitely won't give up a queue number this low, and I understand that it's a worldwide issue. But, beyond that, OC have some issues of their own that need to be dealth with/nipped in the bud. I'm sure I'm not alone in not liking feeling as if I'm not being treated fairly.

overclockers sent out trinity oc also yesterday so the uk must have gotten a fair amount of stock of that card I know overclockers sent out at least 26 yesterday. It could be more down to you picked the right card as much as anything else

The amount of new cards I have watched the same reviewers in the last 2 weeks open up is pathetic. Give me a card, I’ll review it.

Watching J2c regurgitate a key note is funny.
 
I'm starting to regret going all-in on the 3080. I went for a G-Sync monitor in preparation (an Acer Predator X34P), so I'm stuck with Nvidia now. If I'd known how much of a *********** this launch would be, I'd have waited to see what AMD had to offer.

I'm still 230th in the queue for an Asus TUF non-OC weeks after launch, with no clue as to when I'll even get it. I honestly get the feeling I won't see it until 2021! I'll keep my place in line, as I feel like it's the only way I'll even see one any time soon, but will try my luck elsewhere if something suddenly pops up as 'in stock' (wishful thinking, I know.)

Nvidia totally ****** this one up, and I really hope OCUK can manage to get a bunch more stock in soon.
 
I have a card on order with OcUK. I'm in a 4 digit queue for the card I ordered. I'm not happy I have to wait but wait I will.

With that said - some of the rants on here over a ******* graphics card are **** funny and keep me logging in for a chuckle.

Moan on guys.

I'm glad you find it funny, so happy to amuse you. Would YOU be happy paying for something in full up front, then getting fobbed off week after week by the salesman?? Don't think so. If you can't be constructive, feel free to keep your mouth shut. At this point, hundreds of people have been conned into preorders that just don't seem to be appearing. It's a **** take. "we've had a small amount of XYZ" is starting to get annoying. Just BE HONEST WITH US!!!!
