*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Hi mate,

Thanks and we are trying to engage with the shop and passing on some of these comments to highlight what's going on?

We're not sure exactly what's happening behind the scenes with this but we, as a team are pushing for more info for you guys and gals :)

I concur, mods doing great. If you can get OC staff to give us more clarity that be awesome !

I just want to echo Space Monkey's comments, we're frustrated with this too.

While some of us are in the queue along with you, a hell of a lot of essentially unnecessary mod activity has had to take place to keep a lid on the justifiably annoyed customers who are boiling over the edges of the forum rules.

I know it's been said, but please remain as polite as possible when venting about this and keep the rules in mind. It's a shame to let your - justified, IMO - annoyance with the situation put the mod team in a position where we have no choice but to take action on your forum account. It really isn't worth losing access to the community.

Good post and completely agree :)

I just want my card then ill never dawn on overclockers again

I personally lost my faith after going through Nvidias official list of UK partners and not seeing anything about OC.

Thanks for pointing that out.
That is very interesting as there are competitors on that list.
I am not sure how that affects distribution other than Nvidia telling AIB's to priorities partners first.

Still I would have thought they would have been on there.

My only faint ray of pathetic misplaced optimism with the Eagle is that them holding things back to fix this power connector thing means that they're having more chance to ramp up production, so it might break even from a wait perspective (unless you were at the front of the queue of course, im like 200 odd

i am not sure overclockers will be around for long after this because they are very quiet, the social media pages are been bombarded with poor reviews, the opinion of them here is pretty much dirt and they refuse to update us on the situation of where our cards are and how long it will take.

'Good' update on another thread:
MSI VENTUS
A queue update for the 3080s saw people near the front of the queue moving 50 places, but after the queue update was sent the 53rd in the original queue reported a new shipment email, so it is possible more shipped after the queue update.
Apart from the fact I was 54th in line.

As I've said to @EVH before, I don't envy you guys for a moment. The lack of stock combined with how OCUK are handling this... it must feel like you are trying to herd cats all day long. Try not to let it get to you and keep up the great work :)

If you have already received a 3080 from ocuk and have not received a watchdog code then you won't be getting one.

These codes only went to the first 1000 pre orders.

I agree. When other shops start to get stock and OC still have 3 months worth of backorders, they'll be getting cancellations in the thousands, that they'll have to be refunding in full. Certainly won't help their situation...
