Got this funny one that i've never seen before. New mobo, cpu and ram. Same gpu etc. PSU fairly new Seasonic. Everything was fine before the hardware change. And everything appears fine anyway. No issue posting or gaming. It's been here for a 2 days.

Have tried:
Reseating RAM, GPU.
Windows RAM check.
Uninstalling old unused drivers.
Old and new, fresh/full install of GPU drivers.
Temps okay.
Changed HDMI cable.
Played with monitor settings.
Event Viewer appears to have nothing of note.

Bios dated 12/05/2020

I think that's everything i've tried. Not really sure about this one as if i didn't turn my monitor on straight away i'd be none the wiser to this "issue".

Any suggestions?

Thanks

do you have the old cpu ram and mobo? If so set them up on a bench and try the gpu in there.

If it works then it's something on the new parts

Yeah. GPU worked no issues until the change over. I might have to do that sadly, but was trying to avoid it.

Can you list your hardware specs?

B550 Mortar wifi
Ryzen 3600
Corsair Vengence 32gig 3200mhz. It's XMP enabled right now, but it wasn't before, no difference in before/after. RAM model is on approved/compatible MSI listing.
Gigabyte Windforce OC rx 460 :D
Samsung C27F390
Seasonic Focus 650w
WD blue HDD
Seagate Barrucuda SSD
Samsung Evo 750 evo
There's a DVD and Card Reader present. I think i'll try disconnecting these (later) actually!
--(edit) No luck with disconnecting devices and retrying there.

Thanks
