What can I do with my soft tubes

Just done this current setup and although I had executed it in my mind, I hadn't factored in well enough for tube bends or sagging. So trying to make a nice loop ended up looking a little atrocious. I used some cable ties to straighten things out but these are a little unsightly and not an ideal long term solution for aesthetics. Has anyone got any thoughts on how I can keep the look but get rid of the cable ties. I.e. Tube supports or something of that nature. I'm not redoing with hard tubing that's an absolute no no, so I know it'll never look exactly like hard tubing but I do want it to look better than it does

Never attempt straight lines with soft tubing, it will never look good now that hardline is the comparison.

Use the curves of soft tubing ;

Run 1 of these from the lower cpu inlet/outlet ( if clearance is the issue )

Then connect a 90degree fitting and connect the temp gauge to that, that will hold it nice and horizontal then curve up.

With the other cpu inlet/outlet, curve it down.

Will look 100 times better and no need for cable ties

Not what I was hoping to hear, but makes sense I guess. Just thought I could make it look nice without the arseache of bending tubes etc.

Pretty sure I have one of those extenders in my box of fittings.

Time to Redo my loop I guess :(

The cpu block top outlet would look better going to the top rad first then the pipes would not look like they cross over.

Was that not an option.?

That's the way the flow travels through the loop. I could've turned it upside down. There is a pump inside the cpu block and a pump on the bottom of my case flowing up to the pump so it had to be tubed that way to go with the flow

I know you said hardlining it isn't an option, but what about a half hard line half soft tubing build? Those lines are basically straight so if you did those with hard line that would look much better. Would just be those 4 bits of tubing.

No I'm done with messing about, it looks better than it did to be honest I'm not going for any awards. I don't intend on buying any more watercooling gear especially tube bending equipment, fittings and tube. It runs cooler than it did with my distro plate and 2 rads so I can't complain

Fair enough. I do agree that they're not particularly photogenic but I like them better than the cables and they ensure that there's no strain on the cables or the sockets.

Best thing to to IMO if you have the space is run them behind the tray. If not it can be difficult to get it to look neat. Looks much better than before though.
