Hi all

We have a bosch WTW87560GB heat pump self cleaning condensor dryer.
To be honest it has been barely used in 3 years.
Past few cycles we have noticed it has not collected any water. Now, it is showing an empty water section error even though there is no water in there at all.

What can we do?
It was £650 so a lot of money and no warranty remaining!!

Find a local guy who repairs all these items. We found a chap who has repaired our dryer for £50 and a new pump on our washer for £85 both Bosch.

TBF the way he took out the pump on the washer was totally not as the Bosch instructions that may have taken me half a day :p

I’m moving away from new appliances to now having them repaired, there doesn’t seem to be any difference in quality anymore.

Dumb question... As i recently installed a never version of the machine...

Have you got it to drain directly out? if you have barely used this then maybe you have forgot or didn't install yourself.?

THere's a small black rubber valve in the catchment drawer that sits on the bottom side of the drawer tank. If that is out it will drain out of its external pipe, but that you have to self connect... It could be optional on your model?

Empty water section could also be the "anti wrinckle" refresher tank that needs filling occasionaly.

Are you getting these errors on the home connect app?

Im not an expert its just im fresh on all this because i literally installed it 3 weeks ago..

sorry if im totally wrong or have the wrong end of the stick.

OK, I will look into it. One shop I rang said they won't repair heat pump washers :/

We haven't tried the pipe method of the dryer, it used to collect water fine in the container now it is collecting a very small amount. Anti wrinkle tank not sure where or what this is?

No app on this model I don't think
The small black rubber cap is IN the container so it should be collecting

There a filter in the Condensate container see page 22 & 30 of the manual (maybe worth checking that this filter is clean)
And also the moisture sensor (page 22)
