but also games are only likely to utilise more cores over the coming years
By the time it matters you'll be building a new system...
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

I mean, OCUK seem to have a real problem controlling/updating catagories and filters on their store page so what is the hope that they can implement this in 2 weeks?![]()
AKA 'an okay amount' of hopeBob Hope and no hope.
i think nvidia already realised that .. that is why they do not want to sell gpu's any morecaptchas and things can be fooled there isnt really a way to stop someone buying more than one only make it more inconvenient
Not sure if you're joking or serious... though based on previous posts I suspect the latter.Nvidia should just sell FE cards to retailers on the condition that retailers are only allowed to sell them in person, no online sales and each card can only go to one unique person (as evidenced by photo ID)

What was that film with big Arnie where parents were fighting in store for the latest toy just before Christmas?Nvidia should just sell FE cards to retailers on the condition that retailers are only allowed to sell them in person, no online sales and each card can only go to one unique person (as evidenced by photo ID)

They could make a sequel based around PC parts.
Cause i love new tech, i like seeing what they can do, finding out if the chip is "Golden" plus i enjoy the willy wavingbut you already have a great processor why is it so exciting ? ha ha
The "Sleepers" you mean ?
I fully expect them
Yeah, it seems to me pretty simple, 1 CPU / GPU per customer and a CAPTCHA at checkout, it seems to me if you REALLY want to stop bots speculative buying its that simple, Nvidia....
With those steps in place they will be able to serve at least three customers with a decent chip.
