Did anyone see anything from the "promised" large MSI 3080 shipment from the 23rd? No massive jump in queue on Friday (unless the large amount was 6...) so it does make me wonder if that actually happened or not.

Probably another Asus one as the fanboys are unable to select alternative brands, and then end up in exactly the same boat !

I'm considering ordering one as well, but I don't know what to do really. Never thought I'd be in this situation pushing November.

Yeah, I'll take whatever comes first. I'll probably order from OC seeing as everyone else is going to shop elsewhere lolol. Once bitten, twice shy, but it's a cunning plan :D
I will have to find out if OC are going to put some restriction on a second GPU order...Be it 3070 or the AMD cards...Unless anyone know the answer to this already??

But they say no *discussion* about competitors, in this thread title. It's not just about naming them, it's about people using OCUK's own facilities to suggest/promote competitors. There are neutral forums (like Reddit) where we can post without ban risk.[/QUOTE]

Well good afternoon to you as well. Just wondering if you successfully managed to sue the charm school you attended?

As I’m over 50 years of age I could hardly be considered a ‘fanboy’ of anything let alone something as asinine as graphics card manufacturer. I ordered ASUS cos it seemed to be a good card, nothing more. As for what I ordered from AMD? Well it will whatever I can get my hands on.

Hang about, 50 places? I've also ordered a TUF gaming OC and my queue position has gone 158 -> 149 -> 148 -> 145. My emails were sent on the 2nd, 8th, 14th and 23rd respectively. That's a whopping 13 places for me (and in 3 weeks).

Anyway, unless Asus pull off a hail Mary shipment I'm fully expecting to cancel and go team red. I'd like shiny ray tracing performance from the 3080, but not at the cost of actually having a graphics card.

Depends where yakacm is on the list....people with a higher queue position are more likely to have cancellations bump them along further. As you get closer to Valhalla, it's less likely peeps will cancel ahead of you, annoyingly :D

Oct 2nd was 40, Oct 8th moved to 34, oct 23rd still 34, Tuf oc are non existent currently.
