Jesus Christ man. Some people are so desperate. I just found 5 minutes ago 3 ASUS TUF OC 3080s not gonna say where but they where buyable. They where priced £1398 and they sold in 5minutes. Yes double price for 3080s tuf oc. Not in UK but close by.

What's to say caseking isn't getting all the cards and not sending them to OCUK and putting them up on sites for double the money. In the same country caseking is from, selling them on the biggest retailer in the world on the version of this site in same county caseking is from.

I wouldn't put it past them. Maybe this is why Gibbo has no info like others. Because he's only getting info from Caseking. Who owns OCUK

once you have that email from amazon or paypal its out of OCUKs hands. any speed after that point is down to the specific payment methods. OC are at least actioning refunds quickly. They can't control what happens after that ;)

Yeah I have confirmed Paypal. The time period covers two weekends so I'll give it a couple more days. I know OC have issued the refund, I am not questioning that at all, just wondered if you had the cash or just the refund email from your initial post.

That is nothing. There is an asus card on that popular buy/sell site for nearly 3 grand. Ridiculous.

I get that but they typically don't sell. These both sold in 5 minutes.
One thing I find weird is I've seen a lot of people who got the ASUS RTX 3080 TUF OC in UK not from OCUK and they came in a strapped Asus box. Looks like straight from ASUS. I wonder is some people buying them from companies are getting them sent directly too them from overseas Asus. I've seen a few of these posts and images around the webs now. I wonder what's going on there
 
I wish asus would throw us a bone here, even if only to say nothing will be moving anytime soon. I don't follow tech news as closely as some of you guys so I might well be talking rubbish but it seems like something has gone badly wrong with supply beyond the expected delays through covid and golden week.

Cash on account next day Thursday refund emails Friday money on account with transfer on statement.
 
There have been a few comments today about Gibbo posting updates when they are available, and thinking about that I have to say it isn't true.

When he came onto the forums he had a huge amount of information which had never been put on his thread. Take last week when some of the Inno3d cards came in and were shipped out, that was never on his thread, and several other cards have come into stock been shipped and there has been no mention of them, save for people saying they had an Email or had received them.

Just because there hasn't been an update doesn't mean there isn't any information today, but then we'd never know either way.

my reading of the gibbo update was a firefighting meaure as a result of a competitor stocking the FE cards when Oc had always said they were Nvideas favoured partner.
