What watch do you wear?

Its just that polished left side profile which makes it look larger than it is. Sure, it IS a thicc boi but I think its fine when its on the wrist. I've got the S&G version but yet to try the bb58 in person, so i'll reserve full judgement until then.

Well I’ve tried on the Harrods Edition and it did feel way too thick on my wrist to my liking :-/

Still can't believe how soft the JB tropic is, don't think any other strap I've had that's thick enough to be a 2 piece fold over on itself like this:

Thoughts on this? Really like the vibe but not cheap....

Tried that trick on my WatchGecko Tropic thinking it would also do that but it was only the ends that easily met! That really must be soft so I am now checking out the JB ones myself.

Not sure about that Brew watch myself although the short lug-lug is quite appealing.

I'm on a retro binge at the moment lol, got the diver which is great, but would not mind a similarly retro inspired casual chill watch like a Brew as always been a fan. The movement is good though hence the price I guess and it's all stainless. If I were to get one it would certainly be something like that instead of the recently announced retro 70s re-issues from say Hamilton/Pulsar and Yema.

Although the Yema LED does look cool in a weird way... https://en.yema.com/collections/digital-watches

I've not had the Watchgecko strap so if you do get a JB then your comparison would be quite interesting

Added a smartwatch to the collection, bigger than I thought it would be!

I've not bought anything from the first link so not sure what to think of it. The second one is the guy who i bought my last 3 obscure watches from though.

Hmm just browsed them all, none to my liking have to say :o

I will just wait for the Solent to come out in December!

Fair enough. Some of them are quite quirky to say the least and a bit more cluttered to the clean dials you look for as well!

Nice! It is a sweet watch for sure. Solent comes out December so pre-orders should start next month I think. Can't wait.

I picked up another Universal Geneve the other week. This one is from the early 70s and still look fairly modern IMO.
