Don't include the OC, just the 402??. It also isn't a required field, so you could leave it blank.

Not necessarily. The further back in the queue you are, the more likely you are to give up and cancel. That's why a lot of the bigger jumps in the queue are for people quite far back.
You're not likely going to have many cancellations for people in double digits in the queue.

Bit of backstory. Last year I trained to take part in a charity boxing match but in the week before I was due to fight I got concusses in a sparring match and couldn’t take part. This year I was due to do the event again but COVID got in the way. The charity is one I strongly support - they raise money for the Premature Birth unit at St Mary’s Hospital in Manchester. This year has been tougher than ever for them as they rely heavily on the charity work for new equipment, etc.

My question is this. If I were to set up a raffle, say at £2 a tickets, with the profits going to the charity, would people support this? And also @Gibbo would this actually be allowed, since it effectively reduces your customer number by one.

I’d look to make £1000 for the charity, so 750 tickets or thereabouts. £2 for a 1/750 chance to get a card sounds good right?

Hi. To run a UK pure raffle needs the appropriate license from your local authority (it's a gambling commission legality) . There are problem gamblers, under-agers etc. out there you need to handle properly too. Also, taking payments securely is tough. I don't think OCUK would want to run that for you. Formslly assciating with a real charity as a non-profit can help, but then they are very desparate not to to anything that brings them into disrepute either.

Now loophole time. If you ask a question, no matter how easy, then it's not gambling. Instead it's now a competition, which isn't considered gambling. Still, the other problems remain.

If you are really keen to do it for charity, then I suggest you pick a random from this forum who you know wants that card. Tell them it's about to go onto {Auction site} (give it a unique name) and do the trade there for it's regular cost plus any auction cost, buyout. You are both under Auction/Paypal protection, and when completed give the cash to the charity directly.

Nope there is something very wrong because I was also supposed to be 65 in the queue and I dropped one place like yourself.

Guess we can have multiple people in the same queue position, ty OCUK.
 
One queue position change in inno x3 for me, and i know that it's a cancellation, still would like to hear an update, did those cards that were in Hk on monday left? are we wasting our time here for much longer?

I moved 10 places to number 237 in the gaming OC queue. I did manage to order a 3070 FE from a competitor though. Strongly considering my queue position. Probably give it two weeks to see if there's decent movement. So far I've only moved 10 places or so a week. The 3070 will tide me over until the 3080's become available on shelves at some stage next year. I want the 3080. I've got a buddy who'll take the 3070 off me at MRSP once I finally get the 3080, but if the queue doesn't start moving soon I think I'll have reached my limit in terms of waiting around with 700 quid on the table.

Now at 392. Plenty of cancellations coming in. Still looking for a card elsewhere but I might just sit it out at this point. Prices are a bit crazy right now :/
 
I received my graphics card position again today, unchanged since the day I ordered it, and I expect to be in the same position this time next month. I don't believe for an instant the excuse that Apple have bought all the freight slots, if that were true how are all the other card manufacturers getting their cards into the UK? If there isn't room for one tiny pallet in 14 days then it isn't because there isn't the space to take it, it's because it either doesn't exist or something has happened to it !

Me too. I paid £689 for it. 127th in the queue. Only gonna try for a FE, otherwise will just wait it out. Even though it’s cancellations, it’s still movement. Could be the difference of a shipment or two by the time they arrive.
 
what's going on gibbo i ordered a inno 3090 this morning when it was showing 5 on the website and now im 2 in the q and there is still three showing on your website
