Watchdogs is an awful game all these videos showing how great the reflections are all miss the fact that walking in water does nothing. I find that more noticeable than shadows and reflections tbh.

Microsoft just took the payment, or at least tried to, my bank blocked it thinking it was fraudulent use lol. Guess I'll be ringing MS in a bit

Got to say, I've never played Watchdogs, but it doesn't look like that great to start with. Is it actually worth playing?

I didn't think the 3080 could net 60fps at 4k with everything on max?

Not sure, that might not be everything on max, but the frame rate is very noticeable in those that video.

I think that will be this console generation's limit, if you want all the eye candy you'll need to be happy with 30fps, for a year or 2 at least anyway, until the true next gen games come out that aren't released on last gen too.

Is Uplay+ out now in the Xbox One?
I think I'll be signing up to that on the Series X. Cheaper than buying some of the games I want.

It'll be really strange if Ubisoft+ doesn't come to Xbox/PS5 at some point. They have already got it coming on Stadia and Luna, which no one uses of course. :p

Natwest in their wisdom blocked the payment. "Thank you for confirming your order, your card has been unblocked and you can repurchase your last order".

That is some seriously impressive stuff. I was happy when stacking up the Series X against an £800 PC. Knowing it's more like an £1100 PC makes the price at £450 even better. Add in the controller and cables, and then console base price is more like £380. It's crazy! And coupled with Game Pass on a deal and you've got yourself a monster console and an awesome game library for about £500.

Absolutely it's looking like a fantastic bit of hardware but I think you also have to factor in the extra storage space you are going to have to buy. Game pass I have no interest in, I would rather just keep paying a 12 month gold sub given the choice. I used to play stacks of games per year and rent them, it would have bee good value but now I have one main game I play all year and might dip into 2 or 3 others, well it's not worth it. There's not much on that list I haven't played on the 360 or I would choose to buy in normal circumstances, Sea Of Thieves maybe and Gears which I already have. Nothing else on there I'd buy or play if I wasn't paying monthly. Are the new EA games coming to it?

EA Play will be on Game Pass on November 10th but I don't if they'll add any surprise new games. New releases are only on the premium service right now.

I know some will though but whatever (I'm not referring to here BTW, just internet trolls in general!).

I am so hyped for next week! I don't know if it's just me, but I am really starting to notice the slow load times of the Xbox One S now after watching how fast games load up on the Series X. It didn't bother me before but now I am like "FFS come on, load up!" when I play something. Sea Of Thieves takes forever to load up lol! And last night I was wishing I had Quick Resume as I switched between three games on Game Pass haha!

Can't wait. I just hope it gets to me quickly once delivered (my work place is quite big). It looks fantastic and quick resume is going to be brilliant. I'll be starting with AC Valhalla, FH4 and Gears 4. WD is on my list since it'll look stunning in 4K on a big TV, but I'll be waiting for the price to drop slightly. I've shortlisted about 20 games on game pass that I want to play :p

I keep forgetting about the upcoming EA games too.

This weekend showed me why I'm desperate for the X. I'm playing Gears 4 on PC since the saves will sync, but I'm tired and just want to chill on the sofa. My PC monitor doesn't do 4K either. In the end I gave up. Bring on the X.

I'll be pouring time into AC:V, if it's anything like Odyssey and Origins it'll be a treat and should look amazing.

The BIG question for me...........will there be an updated version of World of Tanks? :D
It's pretty much the only game I play lately as I can just jump in and out when I have 10 mins spare.
