I've questioned this before but he tries too many flicks and fancy touches to be considered safe enough in a deeper role.

Its not like he'd be a CM though. I think if you had Thiago and Henderson behind him it would be fine. Id say Fabinho but i imagine he'll be playing CB a lot.

I guess it depends on the opposition.

I think there's an argument, especially with Fabinho out, for playing a double pivot with Hendo and Gini/Thiago, with Firmino ahead of them

Im not convinced by City at the moment, so I say shove all 4 of them on and go for a Keegan style we'll score 1 goal more than you can

In a 4-2-3-1 there's much more defensive work for your wide players and Salah's at his best when he's constantly looking to make runs into the box.
