Which of these would the better case for airflow? the p500a cost £15 more, but it allows 3 140 fans at the front.

Assuming you're talking about the Mesh version, the Lancool is probably going to perform marginally better out of the box but honestly, they're both fantastic airflow focused cases. I'd say buy whichever you prefer the features/looks of as performance is going to be top tier regardless.

There is no exhaust fan on the p500a so you would have to add one. The lancool fans are o 120 mm .

There are lots of variables when it comes to cooling but both cases would be a good choice
