How far can you throw a parcel?

Not like there is a shortage of people who'd love a job right now, hopefully this pleb is out of his soon.

I'm sure the government are making it a fine-able offence under emergency COVID laws as we speak, gotta control em all.

So this is why it takes some of the drivers half an hour to find the parcel after they arrive at your address

thought this was gonna be a link to a game btw :(

This reminds of something else I believe was posted on here at some point, about MyHermes getting a delivery package stuck on a roof. So this is how they practice :D.

My local MyHermes guy is pretty decent though.

This raises that old dilemma when loading potentially fragile parcels: Is it best to throw them upwards so they hit the roof and fall to the floor, or straight forward so they bounce back off the wall of the truck?

Definitely upwards. Tough on the first few parcels, but then the rest have a soft landing on those that have come before.

My Holland & Barrett order (supposedly delivered by MyHermes) didn't even show up.

H&B weren't much better. I contacted them 3 times to resolve it and each time was told that according to the system, my order had been delivered.

I won't use either again.
