I paid somewhere else and included “protect” cos I didn’t want to waste time and costed an extra 19 quid and 11 quid postage and it’s still cheaper than ocuk.

Same here, I didn't go through after seeing delivery. I went to AMD direct but what a painful process, the website crashed in the end.

I won't pay a penny over MSRP so will just give up for the time being.

So much for 5pm. Picked up a 5900x + motherboard for £750 just after 2pm elsewhere. Probably not the Mobo I wanted (x570 - F Gaming) but after my bank delayed my card processing just the CPU - it went out of stock in my basket and couldn't re-purchase. Bundle was the only option happy to have secured stock. Farcry 6 game code bonus on top.

Managed to order a 5900X from a competitor with next day delivery, though this is not showing in my order history but do have a confirmation email of order. I also managed to get an order in yesterday for a 5900X with a big highstreet retailer but unsure of delivery, possibly next week on Tuesday / Wednesday.
If said online order is delivered tomorrow I'll happily go the click and collect with someeone next week, return it and let them buy it there and then

If not, i shouldn't have too much hassle getting my £510 back for it off flea-bay
