No xbox for me today, however Amazon have shipped my PS5 games lol.

Just tried plugging in a USB headset, HyperX Cloud Revolver S and no joy, console doesn't recognize them. I thought I'd read with Microsoft scrapping the optical port that USB headsets would be supported.

You might need to update the firmware on the headset if possible. My Astro 40’s and mixamp pro needed a firmware update for the new series x so that it can pass audio through the USB port.

It's just new hardware compatibility gripes. Pretty sure they'll all look to fix any bugs that might occur. Storm in a teacup as per usual.
