Yes, Currently have rtx2080. monitor is asus 1080p 144hz 1ms. I do have ssd.
Also I have mid tower and aio so would prefere if everything would fit in there.

No problem, so right now im running: i7 4790 3.6ghz, MB gigabyte H81m-h, DDR3 16gb ram 1600 MT/s, PC3L-12800 paired with rtx2080. Oh and also 500w psu

Whats the make of PSU you have? Might be a good idea to change it but that would depend on how old it is & its quality.

Yes I linked psu as well, I want to upgrade it. it is old.

Guys All I want to know is that if the parts I linked are compatible and If there is something to improve without breaking the bank. Also if the MB allows me to overclock.

Yes they are all compatible and you will be able to overclock. That's also a fine psu that you have chosen. It has huge heatsinks so it should be very quiet plus it has a 10 year warranty.

However, that is a hell of a lot of money for a Z490 motherboard and I would be looking at the boards in the £170-180 price bracket, there are some good deals on at the moment. Personally I would be looking at AMD who seems to have taken the lead in performance (gaming included) with the 5000 series release. If that means waiting for stock to come in then so be it. It's not as if your current setup is no longer any good (unless something is broken). Better to make the right choice in the first place than regret it later down the line.
