Hose Clamps for 19MM Tubing?

Thanks guys! Will these be the right clamping "pressure" for pc watercooling? IE: not too strong or weak?

Also what would be the correct clamp size to use? My tubing OD is 19mm. Over the barb it will likely be around 20 to 21mm I would have thought.

They have a table suggesting to use a 17mm clamp, as it will fully open to 21mm and is suited for OD's of 19.1 -> 20mm

Does that sound right?

Thanks

As for how much pressure, enough so that it doesn't fall off if you pull it quite hard at both sides.

As for the sizing, you could try to find the diameter with a zip tie (I've seem some people use that instead of clamps), just tighten it enough so the hose doesn't fall off the barb, then cut/slide it off and measure it.

It would be best to contact them further like it says in the description if you are still unsure, they would know more than us about their products.

May I ask why you're still using barbs and clamps when there are better options out there?
The only alternative I have seen mentioned is compression fittings? I can only see XSPC compression fittings for 19/13mm tubing and I have read about numerous cross threading issues with these fittings.
Additionally many users state that compression fittings are less secure than barbs and clamps

Those are the only reasons
