Just received my additional controller from Amazon. Liking the weight and feel of it. Now to wait for another week

Short thoughts so far:

DualSense controller is a big improvement, they've increased the resistance on the sticks which has always been a sore point for me. The haptic triggers are very cool, only played AstroRoom for an hour or two but they really do add to the immersion.

The console itself is rather ugly in the flesh but runs quiet and seems cooler than my XSX but might be down to playing a lighter game (compared with AC:Valhalla).

The UI is lovely (and in 4K) and much snappier than on PS4 Pro.

Feels more like a next gen update than XSX although that's largely due to the controller and the UI.

good news on the sticks, I agree on the resistance.

Been fighting the urge to play Valhalla on the PS4 as I want to appreciate it in all its next gen goodness.

So far, it's looking great. Both Sackboy and Bugsnax (which aren't my typical cup of tea) look really fun to play.

Isn't Sackboy more of a co-op game? I tend to avoid those as I don't have any friends who like the same games as me so inevitably I play them solo which isn't always that much fun.

Just had an availability alert to say Amazon now have the 3D Pulse Headset in stock! But, the link diverts to the Wireless controller??

Even searching for the headset it diverts, anyone else the same?

I think you can have four people on it. Not sure. But I always play them on me tod anyway.

You can get your free upgrades now via the PSN store on the web for WRC9 and Dirt 5. Just search for the games page and theres an option to Add to Library.

Also, Bugsnax is available to Add to Library for PS+ members.

Do you have to have a PS5 registered to your account? I thought the same would work for Borderlands 3 but it says I cannot purchase it as there is a conflict.
