less than a week to go amd 6800 cards

Not sure when the reviews go live but I need to read and watch them for sure, I'm not buying blind.

You can always order then cancel if the reviews are bad.

Ethically, I don't have an issue with this if they insist on not releasing reviews until launch day.

Don't think that'll bother most people. Going by the amount of ryzen sales it'll benefit a lot of people if the boost is good.

Cant wait for the reviews showing you need the whole AMD eco system to get the same performance as an RTX 3000 card.

Well SAM was had the biggest gains, and that’ll likely be available to Intel at some point if Nvidia roll out their version. I’d expect it to work better in a full AMD build as they have the ability to develop harmony between products.

All means nothing until demand can actually be met though.

If they have them in stock they will normally ship them out ASAP.
But I prefer AIB cards anyway so I would probably go for a Sapphire as they seam to produce some of the better AMD cards.

The reference card was designed by Sapphire too so will be good quality. However, the Sapphire Nitro cards are usuallt the best due to the excellent coolers and power delivery.

Usually the AIB's will get some manufacturer to build them so probably all are built at the same place but different packaging and firmware.

I mean in regards to the reference cards, from what I heard the AIB's only got to put stickers on them, was wondering if Sapphire made them.

I wish AMD made their own high quality cooler designs like Nvidia's FE cards. The 6000 series cards just look like all the other cheap plastic third party designs.

To be fair, the triple fan setup is probably superior to Nvidia's design, as has been proven with the board partner cards. You also aren't paying a premium for it.
