Can anyone identify this part? Might have fallen off car?

Hey, hope everyone is well. Have had my A45 AMG parked up for the last few weeks, today I noticed this part under the driver side wheel arch. Now this may not be off the car at all, but given the size and weight of it, its pretty unlikely the wind blew it and only my car is parked in that spot.

Looks like a plastic nut to keep the arch liner on.

Odd. I don't think it's off a(your) car. There's no part numbers or any kind of markings on it.

The only thing I can think of, if it is indeed car-related, is one of those bungs in the underbody. Mind you I’ve never seen one that big.

Plastic pin rivet. Usually holds bumper or wheel arch on, or lower parts of body work/side skirts

Sorry guys should have put abit more detail in the OP. It feels like it's made of rubber. And it is big, approximately 10cm accross
