Hi all, apologies for the slow responses, I've been on paternity leave so trying to sort a different type of launch. I'm trying to work through the backlog of posts and answer anything specific. Regarding stocks and especially the 3080's we do have more on the way and some good quantities, but still not enough to clear all the backorders I'm afraid. Please know we're doing all we can and looking into everything we can do to get your card to you all sooner.

Fist of all congratulations.

I am only around 58th in the queue. I assume the next shipment (which will be the first one since launch) will be big enough so I get my card? Is there any indication when the shipment will be, in November?

Finally please clarify the current RMA arrangement ASUS has with OcUK in as much detail as you can. Thank you.

I ordered last week just before OCUK stopped taking anymore orders. I went for the Asus Strix OC hoping that as its is one of the more expensive cards the line might be short(er). No such luck, I'm 1270th in line. What surprised me is that 1270 x £900 is over £1.1 million in back ordered cards, and that is just one card, isnt there like 15 different 3080's? OCUK must have tens of millions in 3080 back orders alone. Just for comparison I'm just over 1000 in line for an AMD 5900X.

And several queues are 2000+ cards long

Each model has its own respective queue

There is a queue for each make and model of card.

It's separate queues for different cards the Asus TUF OC for example has a smaller queue than the regular TUF cards.

Yeah, it gives you a good idea at how bad this launch is. These are just OCUK's lists. Now think of the other UK resellers, then EU resellers, than worldwide resellers!

Seems to be plenty of SI stock around. I've been looking at custom builds at some other sites and they were showing stock of the 3080s as over 50 if you wanted for that, but nothing for retail. Quite tempted to cancel my order here and just do that.

Never said it was. Just pointing out that there is stock of the card around, so clearly being made in larger numbers than the retail supply would indicate.
