Not had a single email/message regarding the order since initial order confirmation.

I keep thinking if any retailer is going to stiff customers Very would be one of them.

The orders were checked every week, you may have got an email saying something like "great news your order is still on track", thus if you got one today you know it's arriving on launch day as per the Xbox did. Or if you look on 'my orders' it will say on the header for the item

Delivery by Thursday 19 November (Delivery date checked on 15/11/2020).

If there was an issue they'd have notified you or the due date would have changed. So if it was checked on the 15th and still says due on 19th you're good.

When ShopTo shipped my series x, I didn't get a confirmation till release day. That happened to everyone I know that used them. I'm expecting the same when they post my Ps5.
