I’m with ShopTo and have a bad feeling about it tbh. They’re not answering to anyone’s questions on helpdesk or social media

I know the helpdesk has a right delay with answering questions.

I'm hoping they are sitting with DPD with a delay delivery notice... hoping.

If you register with DPD it will show you upcoming deliveries in the app if registered with them.

ShopTo will be fine in general, this is their bread and butter. Places which are less specialist are the ones to be concerned about!

Also imagine having one pre-ordered then cancelling it ... I mean what idiot would do that

Still no dispatch email, but a little consolation.. it's now got a comment that it was checked yesterday (by Very I assume) and it's still suggesting tomorrow.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Last week with the xbox launch we didn't get shipping confirmation till launch day. In fact on my account launch morning, it still said processing till around 9ish. Then changed to shipped with a tracking link. I had to click on view order to see the tracking number. I've got my Ps5 coming from shopto.
