I know this is not in the correct thread, but hopefully it gets some attention, or I'll get a suspension I'm sure.

It has been two months since I ordered my 3080 X Trio and OC have made numerous promises both before and during this whole fiasco. You as a company have failed to provide adequate updates to your customers in comparison with your direct competitors. The pure ignorance of ignoring peoples complaints on the allocated thread shows contempt towards your customers. A large majority of which are both loyal and fair. This cannot be blamed on Gibbo as I imagine he is under a great deal of stress at the moment and may even be too busy to answer all queries. But surely there are enough staff to shoulder the responsibility.

There is no excuse to not post daily updates for each product as most other competitors do. I am furious as I ordered a whole bunch of components alongside my 3080 via a finance agreement purely out of convinience. I have been told for 2 months I cannot receive any of this until the card is in stock. So not only is it a card that I am waiting for, but a whole rig and a desk.

OC I suggest you talk to your bosses. Because the damage done to your business from situations like this is unfathomable. no one can blame you for not being supplied but the communication has been disgraceful.

You cannot even get through on the phones to query about all of this.

I demand, as I'm sure a lot of people do, a response from this on actions that OC are taking to improve this situation that a lot of customers, including myself, are very annoyed about. I've been very patient, but this is out of order.

I'd encourage everyone to write their complaints on this thread. If it is deleted, it is clear that these are being censored. We're well within our right to express discontent at the service provided. I'd encourage mods to sticky this or something similar.
 
All it would take is a home page with a preorder number for each card and estimate delivery date and delay info and people would be happy, I bought from oc just because it was the only site that had a order button avaiable lol, Im not too fussed when It comes since my 2070s still does just fine but If you sold your card and have no pc then I kind of understand the frustration, even if it is your fault for selling when everyone knew these cards were gna be ass to get hold of before they even launched
 
It's not a query, It's a complaint. I am not willing to cancel and pay a marked up price. Lose both that money and pay a cancellation fee (30 quid) to the finance company for a problem that is not my fault. In other circumstances I would agree.

The other components I ordered are probably falling in price by the day.

**Edit** Based on information last month we were told there would be a significant ramp up in November. The latest update (First in a week) lists only a few 3080 models in only small and very small capacities...
 
Post in the customer service forum. No one here works for the shop and can help in a meaningful way.
