2080ti is £1499?

Again, he is asking about a LAST GEN card, the 2000 series, 2080TI, of which there are two models priced at £1450~ currently for sale on the store.

Twice the price of a 3080.

Hence me assuming its a pricing error and tagging Gibbo.

You’re probably right, knowing Overclockers the exchange rate changed just before they bought them and they should be £3000 :D:p

I only asked after watching some Jesus dude review graphic cards

Since the mining craze, being a PC enthusiast has become a prohibitively expensive hobby, with ever increasing costs and ever decreasing market competition.

There's always the next excuse from manufacturers and resellers as to why the prices are gouged to hell and back, with this year being Covid-19, and next year likely something else. It can only get worse, I'm sorry to say. :(

I only asked because I'm sure I only paid £680 for 1080ti just after launch

Have you been out of the loop for the last 3-4 years? The 2080Ti launched at around £1500 hence why it's still that price on OCUK to catch out those who are uninformed. If you are looking for an upgrade check reviews of the lastest generation AMD 6800XT (msrp £600) or Nvidia 3080 (msrp £650) before making any decision. They are both a fair bit faster than the 2080Ti and were just released in the last month.
