Will Gtx 1650 play total war games

Hi everyone currently looking at buying a budget gaming laptop for my wife working and rather than spending £450 on a half decent laptop i though i would spend a bit more for one i can game on, currently looking at

HP Pavilion 15-ec1001na 15.6 Inch Full HD Gaming Laptop - (Shadow Black) (AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB Dedicated) Graphics, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10 Home)

Just want to see if anyone has anything similar and if the gtx 1650 will play games like total war troy and other similar rts games and skylime cities and theh are billions etc and similar games as these are the games i love however dont want to spend a fortune.

It should play those type of games at around medium @ 1080p if you'd be happy with that?

Thanks for that i will have a look on YouTube see if medium graphics Ok and looks good.

If anyone has this card and played rts games input welcome. Hoping the new AOE will run on it any maybe the definative remastered ones

It is not great, unfortunately, but it should be alright for your needs.

You can turn the quality up, but I was aiming for 60fps, you could mess with the settings and go higher, especially for strategy games as they don't need a constant 60fps to be playable.
