*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

That was a probably bit different if it was like the PS5 as they got hit with like 100k people at once which is far far far more than ever were looking at 3080's. Kinda crazy the numbers they were throwing around for the console launches!

Yeah but its still up now, and they can't possibly have had more than 10-20 cards delivered, and they must have recieved way more orders than that from this site alone...

Still fingers crossed!

Ive been trully tempted to grab 3090 from competitors as im still 133 in que for Aorus xtreme 3080... the only thing that scares me the most is the possibily of a major jump again between rtx 3000 series and future rtx 4000. Paying £1,500 now and less than a year later realising that new series lets say rtx 4070 with £600 price tag beats 3090 in preformance, brakes my heart :/

Yeah, the 3090s are more for people who don't care about the money.

Yes, the fact that a majority of cards that OC have received have gone out of the back door says it all really.

It says in that video that they have 25 building PCs full time, and that was a couple of years ago so will be more now as they have had significant growth in that time. Obviously they couldn't have these guys sitting around idle for the past 2 months. There is next to no OEM stock by the way! Probably getting through quite a few 3080s here but what happened to the rest of them? I would presume that they are being sold elsewhere at a good price.

They were getting hundreds per week, but releasing 40,50,60 to the queues. And all that time, making out that they were receiving a tiny fraction of the cards that competitors were. Shifting all the blame onto AIBs. Hiding behind any excuse that they could. Even after gigabyte told us, they said nothing and continued to backdoor the cards as they still are.

Horrible company.
Well said

You'll never enjoy anything if you're always waiting for the what-if. The RTX 30 is out now, we have no idea what the RTX 40 is going to be like. Either way if you're able to still play your games at decent FPS with the 30-series then you could skip the 40 series at its launch and go for the Ti/SUPER variants of it whatever that would be?

I just picked up a Tuf OC from a competitor for £750. 3-10 days delivery. They might still have some if you check now as they had 10 when I bought - you need a business account though, and a stomach for spicy food.

The Tuf OC wasn't my first choice, but everything I've read suggests its a good card, so I'm happy...providing it actually arrives - it all seemed too easy! I'll keep my pre-order here until I have it in my hands.

Not a chance mate was gone in a flash . Well done though and enjoy

With most things that don't show value there will likely be a £600 4000 series card that comes in and beats the 3090. If you want a 3090 get the founders. Cheapest and as good as anything that the lazy AIBs put out. And there's usually a 1-2 hour window to buy one every week (there was each of the last 2 weeks).

Yeah no idea if these are going to happen or if it's some kind of admin mistake. I have bought from spicy business before so they had my details on the system, and I am a Vat registered business. I won't be convinced until it lands on my doorstep.

They seem to be selling only what they have. I gave my cousin a link a few weeks ago to a gaming x trio on the consumer site with them and she bought and they delivered.

Id like to know soon though so i can stop looking lol. also i really cant afford ANOTHER 750 tied up somewhere else
Get a long term interest free credit card with decent credit limit, put in a gajillion orders. One turns up cancel the rest, get money back from all other orders, pay the £750. Easy :)

Thank you ! Just ordered TUF gaming OC from competitors for 750. They have plenty in stock but I cant confirm who they are because of forum rules. I am waiting for order confirmation.
If you ordered off the Business section yer prob gonna get an email refunding you. The normal stock I got to click my delivery day and on the next click 'pay now' it was already out of stock.... Dem Bots boys..

What is the MSRP for the TUF gaming OC roughly please? Gigabyte have seriously gone down in my opinion and not precious about sticking an ASUS in my rig now? £750 for the GB Gaming OC seems about right, not sure about the others. Would you say the TUF is equivilent to the Eagle in terms of where it sits in ASUS's product stack?
