*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

I think the evidence is in the OC hiding their heads in the sand... ducking and diving left and right ... instead of being transparent like rest of retailers...

What do you mean by hiding their heads in the sand? From a personal perspective, I’ve had no issue with trying to speak to OC employees, whether that be via discord or phone (granted, there can be a queue via phone).

Although I generally agree that it would be good to have more transparent communication from Gibbo, even if he just posts a message each day to say, sorry, no more stock acquired today, depending on the number of back-office employees that are helping him with purchasing additional stock, it’s some task for an individual.

Hiding head in sand? As in working from a bible script... give the most unhelpful answers etc?
I've had better communication with aorus as to when stock is coming vs OC... the actual retailer I've ordered from

Most retailers are not saying anything at all! They don't have a queue or a forum. They don't send update emails regarding future expected stock, and they just release to their site on a first come first served basis. One large UK retailer even publishes that they have units in store ready to be picked up... but they don't really exist!

Asus must have had a larger shipment to the UK recently. Two other resellers have received shipments of the TUF OC, with more expected this week. Not that I'm expecting much from OCUK, since we only have one update last week.

If this is the retailer I’m thinking of, I’ve been annoyed multiple times! Add to basket, proceed to checkout, only to find it isn’t in stock OR available for collection at the nearest 36 stores. Have even changed location to places a couple of hours away as I’d quite happily drive to collect but still no luck...

Don't know where you're looking pal, but one of main competitors, got a table on their site, with pre order status, whats shipped, whats outstanding, and what stock is coming in and out...

Also the fact that my dear friend ordered from them last week, and he's already got his card...

Facts are facts.. OC for someone that blagged to be main nvidia partner is doing a doo doo job

Unless you enter your postcode and it'll then say it's not available for collection or delivery.

Think you'll find whoever dates back couple of years using oc specially in this forum are more likely to keep sticking up for them . They can easily see the numbers of a certain retailer but chose to have a blind eye . Im not saying it's all but looks like most . Numbers are there lol

It seems Asus Tuf is reaching UK watching how competitors are lowering their queues. Let's see in next cancellation email how OCUK managed.

Literally this dude!!! So many turn a blind eye.. or just being delusional at this point :D

friday's TUF non-oc queue only went down by cancellations.

do you know that those rival numbers aren't strix/OC cards?

still, interesting to see that a rival's ASUS queue went down by 130-ish in a week. how many people on here have recieved an ASUS card of any model in the last week?

Yeah, they specify the exact models they've received/are due to receive. Or list just that model for sale.
