Help to make decision which graphic card

Trying to decide which Graphic card to go which fits my budget :/

GTX 1660TI or a RXT 2060

I heavily use Photoshop & 3D Max - occasional gaming pretty old school so games like Days of Defeat, Counter Strike and Final Fantasy.

The everday use of youtube!

Yep 3060 will definitely be a better long term investment!!
