Finished new build - one piece left over, what is it??

I had just finished assembling my new PC and was tidying up when I discovered the following unaccounted for item jumbled in with some other odds and ends:

I went back through all of the "items contained within" lists for the motherboard box, the case, CPU cooler etc. but couldn't find any mention of these odd little self adhesive spongy spacers.

Any idea what they are for? Its driving me nuts!

Match the bag to the other bags that came in the hardware boxes.

That would be my guess. I've never seen a case use anything like that.

The GPU came with a bracket type thing to help it not sag while mounted. Could it be a strip to go between the GPU and the bracket? This might make sense because the bracket came with no explanation and wasn't mentioned on the inventory list for the GPU.

Where on the CPU cooler would you install an anti-vibration strip? I haven't come across one before.

Probably for a 2nd fan if its an air cooler.

Would help if you knew which box it came out of.
